The Snug - Sacramento: Unwind with Unique Cocktails and a Lively Atmosphere

The Snug is a happy place to be with friends. They have all the delicious drinks and holiday season drinks available. The indoor area is busy and has a lively atmosphere. The holiday decorations are beautiful. The outdoor seating area is perfect for drinks with friends, and the bench seats are comfortable. They are very busy with lines at the front door all the time. Come at the time when they first open on the day before they get super busy is a good idea.

Really cool cocktail bar. The place is not big, so it could get crowded. The are tables outside but then one misses the super cool ambience of the place. At night they light up the place with candles that they strategically put around the bar. It just look awesome. The bartenders know how to do cocktails. We just told them what we like in terms of spirits and flavor and they came through with some nice and innovative cocktails. Highly recommended.

The vibe ant atmosphere of this place is perfect. Lively and so relaxing at the same time. Love the space and dim lights. The drinks are definitely different and very refreshing and with the right alcohol mix. I never had a bad time here.

When The Snug opened I was there literally every day for 8 days straight. I was so stoked to have such a high caliber bar in Sacramento and 6 years later it's the same story. The cocktails are the best in town no question, fun and unique while classic and balanced at the same time. The staff is outstanding. It's a marvel to watch them make SO many drinks of such high quality SO fast. I can't recommend this place enough. This post was made in connection with a Toast promotion.

Stopped in on a Sunday evening for a drink. The cocktail was FANTASTIC!!! The service was also great! Minus the one star because it was so dark inside. Because of the size of our group we sat at the couch and chairs in the back. It was so dark! We had to use our cell phone flash lights to see the menu. It was still pretty light outside and the only light was coming in thru the windows up front.

We went to the Snug after the Nightly concert, and the vibes, service, and drinks were immaculate. Thank you to Mikey (our server) and Caleb (our bartender)! Our drinks were delicious, and we enjoyed our time there. Highly recommend for drinks, the service, and the atmosphere!

Great bar! Need to come back. The environment was welcoming . I need to taste more of their cocktails or food too. I was able to spend some time here on a a late Saturday afternoon. There wasn’t a line, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and the ambiance was welcoming. The menu was extensive enough to have options for everyone. The prices were great for the value. I ordered the “Gnome” and my girlfriend had a Mezcal “mojito” variation (don’t think it was on the menu). The mezcal drink was tastier for me. The Gnome was a bit outside of my comfort zone. This is what it was made with : OLIVE OIL FAT WASHED GIN. FINO SHERRY, YELLOW CHARTREUSE. Overall . The menu was great, the spirit selection was extensive, the atmosphere was welcoming , the staff was friendly, and we liked a few of their drinks. Will be coming back to try more of the menu!

A hidden gem If you want to enhance your day with a cocktail or two even three, before you head out for dinner, this is the spot. The vibe is relaxed, dark, classy but unpretentious and most importantly the unique names of the adult beverages are delicious. Their attention to detail with the garnishes and the SNUG branded ice is what was quite memorable for me. It spoke to my sixth love language
